Intergases N2O Aluminium 0.95 L – food-grade nitrous oxide (E942)
Disposable 0.95 L aluminium cylinder, made in Germany, filled with food-grade nitrous oxide (E942) for cream whippers and professional kitchens. Choose the filling: 580 g, 615 g or 640 g. Empty, the aluminium cylinder weighs 600 g – about 900 g lighter than a steel cylinder of the same size. One cylinder replaces roughly 70–80 standard 8 g chargers – less waste, faster refills of your siphon and a consistent result.
Use
- For whipped cream, foams, espumas and mousses – food preparation only.
- Connects via a pressure-release nozzle or an M11×1 pressure regulator (M11×1 thread).
- Store upright, below 50 °C, in a well-ventilated place. Keep away from children.
