Disposable 3.3 L steel cylinder filled with 2000 g of food-grade nitrous oxide (E942) for professional kitchens, bars and caterers. One cylinder replaces roughly 250 standard 8 g chargers – fewer changes, less waste and a consistent result.
Use
- For whipped cream, foams, espumas and mousses – food preparation only.
- Connects via the included pressure-release nozzle or a pressure regulator with quick connector (M11×1 thread).
- Store upright, below 50 °C, in a well-ventilated place. Keep away from children.
