How to Return

1. Notify Us (Day 1-14)

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Send an unequivocal statement (e.g., via email) to c[email protected].

2. Pack Safely

Ensure goods are securely packed. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature/functioning of the goods.

3. Ship Back (Day 1-14)

Send the items to our return address within 14 days of your notification.

4. Refund

We will process your refund upon receipt. Please note, the buyer bears the direct cost of return shipping.

Exceptions to Withdrawal

  • Gas Cylinders: Cylinders are generally non-returnable if they were provided only on loan or if
    used/opened (diminished value). They may typically only be returned for refilling purposes.
  • Damaged Goods: Liability for diminished value applies if goods are handled excessively.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, the buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods in the event of a withdrawal.
