Set of 6 cylinders (6 × 615 g = 3.69 kg of nitrous oxide) – a lower price per cylinder than buying them one by one, for cafés, patisseries and catering kitchens that whip cream every day.

Disposable 0.95 L aluminium cylinder, made in Germany, filled with food-grade nitrous oxide (E942) for cream whippers and professional kitchens. Filling: 615 g per cylinder. Empty, the aluminium cylinder weighs 600 g – about 900 g lighter than a steel cylinder of the same size. One cylinder replaces roughly 70–80 standard 8 g chargers – less waste, faster refills of your siphon and a consistent result.

Use

• For whipped cream, foams, espumas and mousses – food preparation only.
• Connects via a pressure-release nozzle or an M11×1 pressure regulator (M11×1 thread).
• Store upright, below 50 °C, in a well-ventilated place. Keep away from children.
