Everything you need to whip cream straight from a refillable cylinder instead of single 8 g chargers: an Intergases 2 kg food-grade N2O cylinder (E942), filled and ready to use, the Oxyturbo W21.8 → M11×1 adapter, the Oxyturbo Minor pressure regulator with gauge, hose and on/off valve, and a black Smartwhip 500 ml aluminium cream dispenser. 2 kg of N2O equals roughly 250 standard 8 g chargers – and when the cylinder is empty you refill it instead of buying a new one.

In the box

• 1 × Intergases refillable steel cylinder, 2 kg food-grade N2O (E942), valve thread W21.8 × 1/14″ (DIN 477 no. 6), carry handle with valve guard
• 1 × Oxyturbo adapter W21.8 → M11×1 with nylon gasket
• 1 × Oxyturbo Minor pressure regulator with pressure gauge, hose, on/off ball valve and quick connector for the dispenser
• 1 × Smartwhip aluminium cream dispenser 500 ml, black

How it works

• Screw the W21.8 adapter onto the cylinder valve, then screw the regulator onto the adapter’s M11×1 outlet.
• Open the cylinder valve and set the working pressure on the regulator (check the gauge).
• Fill the dispenser with cold cream, close it, click the quick connector onto the dispenser and open the on/off valve to charge it.
• Close the on/off valve, disconnect, shake and dispense. When the cylinder is empty, refill it – the regulator and adapter stay.
