Disposable 0.95 L steel cylinder filled with 640 g of food-grade nitrous oxide (E942) for cream whippers and professional kitchens. One cylinder replaces roughly 80 standard 8 g chargers – less waste, faster refills of your siphon and a consistent result.
Use
- For whipped cream, foams, espumas and mousses – food preparation only.
- Connects via a pressure-release nozzle or an M11×1 pressure regulator (M11×1 thread).
- Store upright, below 50 °C, in a well-ventilated place. Keep away from children.
